1966 Ford Fairlane 500. I purchased this car for $500. It had 66,000 miles and was in very good shape
except for a burnt valve. I drove this for a couple of years and then Dad took it to Colorado for a year or two. I brought it back to Oklahoma
and after trying forever to fix the power assist steering I sold it. It would follow every rut in the road. The guy that bought it was an old time
Ford mechanic and knew how to fix it. Wish I would have found him before I decided to sell it. It was a 289 with a 2 barrel. C4 automatic. Another
good car that I let get away!
